Financial Reporting and Accounting Services
Accounting services are handled by an experienced team whose job is to confirm that all procedures have been followed. Our procedures are designed to ensure proper review of each invoice against purchase orders, delivery slips as well as confirming that there has been appropriate purchasing authority, and checking for simple mathematical error. Budgets are closely monitored.
Comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual budgets are prepared to meet your needs well in advance. Yardi systems is fully supported by Microsoft Office and is the backbone of our financial accounting system. Financial reports can be provided by hard copy or by electronic mail.
With the exception of costs of utility services, no expenditures will be authorized that will cause the corporation to go over budget without the express knowledge and agreement of the owner. The property manager may have to authorize emergency service work without prior approval, but in such a case, the owners will be apprised of the situation as soon as it is practically possible.

Reviewing Existing Service Contracts
A regular in-depth review of existing contracts is necessary to understand the merits of the contracts. A proper review requires an understanding of the terms and conditions of each agreement, and evaluation of related work, a discussion with the contractor, and potentially renegotiating the scope of work and rebidding for more favourable terms.
